Kim helped us find the right home at the right price. We were coming from our of town to search and she went to homes ahead of us to gauge whether they were worth looking at. She helped us close on the house we chose and even got us a painter to do some changes as we are moving in. Awesome awesome service.

Kim is a well-seasoned and extremely knowledgeable agent. When we started looking, we hoped to get a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) property to keep costs lower - we absolutely would NOT have gotten what we wanted without Kim. As our buyers’ agent, she met with us every time we asked to talk strategy and explain process questions we had. We were in the market for a specific home in a specific area and she respected that. There was no upsell - no ‘let’s expand your search area’ conversations. She respected our tasking and never took her eyes off the ball. Once we engaged in an offer she maintained regular communications with the sellers’ agent and even got us answers to the questions we didn’t know to ask. When we finally ‘won’ the house, she sat down with us to go through the ‘math’ and explain our next steps from home inspection and survey options to what repairs we should push for the sellers to make as a condition for closing. Full support all the way to the finish line and even after closing when we discovered some of the repairs that were reported complete and had not been done. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you Kim!

Kim always went out of her way to help us navigate all the unknowns in the process of buying our house. I don't know what we would have done without Kim! It has been a long time since we bought our last home so we had a lot of paperwork to work thu and Kim was always I mean always there to help with every step in working with our primary lender!

Kim Maxwell is OUTSTANDING in every way. I have not skills in many areas and she stepped in and filled the gaps. She was polite. Never short tempered with me. And I can try the patience of a saint. My Condo sold to the first person who looked it. She handled all of the inspections and paper work needed to expedite the sale. She was patient to explain the things that I did not understand. I am 75 years old and my husband is 80 and many things in modern world confuse us. She understood us and helped us to understand.
